Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi resigns after a week of unrest

Before heading to the presidential palace, Quirinale, on Thursday morning, Mr. Draghi addressed the Lower House of Parliament and got a round of applause. He told MPs: “Even central bankers have moved their hearts out at times. Thank you for all the work done in this period.”
